Who we are

This website is run by Zero One Software Automations Ltd (“01 Automations”), registered in England and Wales with company number 17491945. We are the data controller for personal information collected through it.

What we collect

If you email us, or use the contact form (which opens your own email app), we receive your name, email address and anything you choose to include in your message. We use it only to reply and, if we work together, to run that work.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our host may keep short-lived server logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure and running.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as UK tax and company law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@01automations.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
